First GIN-TONIC COST Action meeting (Innsbruck, Austria)

From 29-30 August 2025, I had the pleasure to host the first GIN-TONIC (Group on Insect Nutrition) COST Action meeting in Innsbruck. During this event, 58 participants from 23 countries came together at the CCB - Center of Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Universität Innsbruck to discuss and plan the upcoming year’s activities.
